Donte is the best! My friend and I went to finalize my purchase and we laughed the whole time. Will definitely recommend family and friends to go to him. Very professional and accommodating and although I was a lot to handle yesterday, he took it in stride and was very patient. Also, shoutout to Teddy. He made quite the impression and added to the joy of the experience. And Shai, thank you for the food recommendation. Butcher & Bloom was delish! Steve, maybe Steven, the finance guy even had us laughing. I also greatly appreciated him taking responsibility for a minor issue that took place. Isidro, I appreciated that you knew I was wearing a Canadian Suit. And the sweet gal who went over all the features was great, that was very helpful. And last but not least, the cute dog strolling around and the beautiful plants, added to the atmosphere. Someone does a great job of maintaining the plants and the cleanliness of the space. It was our distinct pleasure to collaborate with Christopher Ferranti at GL Honda. Christopher demonstrated attentiveness, honesty, transparency, diligence, and affability throughout our experience, qualities that are increasingly rare today. While purchasing a vehicle from a dealership can often be a challenging endeavor, in humor, worse than buying a home, Chris made the process quite manageable. A proposal to streamline the purchasing process could result in significant cost savings for both the dealership and its customers. Implementing electronic document signatures would be an excellent initial step. It is understood that throughout this process, dealership staff are well-positioned to offer various opportunities for additional product sales. Refining the process does not preclude this aspect. In conclusion, I highly recommend considering Great Lakes Honda as your primary destination when in the market for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Christopher Ferranti. He will not disappoint. This is a review related to my interactions with Joe Pawlowski, Service Advisor at Great Lakes Honda. Recently, I purchased a 2026 Honda Passport. Shortly after the purchase, I noticed a small section of molding trim around one of the windows wasn’t fully attached. So, I made an appointment to have it reviewed & see if it could just be reattached somehow by the service department, or if a new part needed to be ordered. I’ve interacted with many Service Advisors at dealerships over the years and, by far, Joe is the nicest, most thorough Advisor with the best follow up of any Advisor I’ve ever encountered. Because this is a new redesigned model and the part was a small component, the item wasn’t shown in the electronic catalog. Joe said he’d do some research and get back to me. I thought, maybe I’d never hear from him & the dealership/Honda would just hope I’d go away. Much to my surprise, Joe quickly followed up with me with phone calls & texts to let me know the status & ultimately scheduled a service appointment. Given that the whole process, including getting the parts took several weeks longer than expected, Joe actually offered to take me home, while my vehicle was being serviced, if I wasn’t able to get a ride. The work was done in a timely & professional manner. Joe made sure I was satisfied with the work and my experience. Thanks Joe!

Great experience. My salesperson Shane and Sales Manager Teddy Stout were outstanding. They went out of their way to get me a honest price on a 2027 CRV Hybrid Sport L .This is the fifth Honda l have leased. I used to shop around other Honda dealers, but I will only buy from Great Lakes Honda East in the future.

I called Joe Pawlowski to tell him I was almost at 5000 miles and needed an appointment then asked what the cost and my first service was free, he got me in and out with in 40 minutes and continued on my day, thanks Joe your the best!!!!!!! A+A+A+A+

I had the most amazing and efficient car shopping experience with Stashia. She was personable, knowledgeable and a true delight to work with. Don’t believe the car shopping horror stories. Had my 2021 Honda HR-V just serviced there.After buying it there new, I started going to a non- Honda place for oil changes, etc. The other service was adequate but I became convinced I wasn't giving it the best it deserved. Jeanette Weyrick quickly set up my appointment. And Joe Pawlowsky was my service advisor. My beloved White vehicle had a full Honda strict inspection. It was quick and painless. Joe was kind and efficient. Never going anywhere else again...thank you Joe and Jeanette!

He ran diagnostics, and when no codes were showing any issues, he assured us we could make it home and schedule a full review with our local Honda dealership for service.
